Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

RETURNS
At BOUTIQUE SOCCER, we only accept returns of new products that are undamaged and show no signs of use, within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the order.

To initiate a return, you must contact us via email. Please include your order number and the reference of the product you wish to return. Once our team confirms the return, you will need to send the item to the specified address within 14 (fourteen) days.

All items for exchange or return should be sent directly to us, along with the proforma invoice that will be sent to you via email. This is essential to facilitate the refund process.

Please note that we do not accept returns of personalized items.

If we receive returns that do not comply with the above conditions, no refund will be issued.

Refunds are provided in the form of a store credit, for the full value of the purchase.


ORDER CANCELLATION
It is only possible to cancel an order if it is in pending status, meaning it has not yet been packaged or left our warehouses. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team.

If the order has already been processed and/or shipped, a cancellation will no longer be possible.


EXCHANGES OF PRODUCTS
Exchanges of products are accepted. However, these requests are subject to previous stock confirmation. To exchange an item, please contact our customer service.



REFUND METHODS AND DEADLINES
BOUTIQUE SOCCER will make every effort to issue the store credit within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date the returned item is received.

For cancelled orders (paid orders that have not yet been shipped), the maximum period for issuing store credit is 14 (fourteen) days.

The refund will be issued in the form of store credit for the full value of the purchase, regardless of the original payment method.


REFUND OF SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs of the shipment and the order return will be supported by the customer.

 

UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES: REFUND OR RESHIPMENT
If delivery is successfully attempted but the order remains unclaimed, you will be notified and offered two options:

Shop Voucher: Receive a full refund in the form of a shop voucher, valid for future purchases on our website.
Reshipment: Pay a reshipment fee to have your order sent again. Additional shipping costs may apply.


If no response is received, the order will be automatically refunded as a shop voucher.

Please note: Unclaimed deliveries may be subject to additional fees or restocking charges.
