UPDATING YOUR DATA
If you wish to verify the data you have submitted to BOUTIQUE SOCCER, you can do so by e-mail or through customer service. You will be asked for proof of your identity before we disclose any information.

We do our best to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products featured on the site are correct. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.
BOUTIQUE SOCCER may change prices without notice. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force.
Payment can be made in several ways:

SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY TIME
The products purchased by the User will be sent via FEDEX, UPS, DHL or National Post by registered mail or express mail.
BOUTIQUE SOCCER will only pay shipping costs for orders over 59 euros. Sporadically, and without the need to update these terms, we will make offers of shipping costs that we will indicate in promotional campaigns or on the site itself.
The orders, as a rule, are sent with a daily cadence. If the customer acquires a product which has the status "Pending" on the website, it means that it is still to be produced, and the shipment may take longer than initially expected. However, it is BOUTIQUE SOCCER's obligation to deliver as soon as possible.

Delivery times may be extended due to COVID-19 or festive seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas and New Year.
DELAY OF ORDERS
The shipping of the orders is done through the UPS, FEDEX, DHL or National Post company.
BOUTIQUE SOCCER can not be held responsible if orders take longer to be delivered than expected.
If there is any delay, the customer should wait 30 days to make a complaint at the counter of shipping company, because the order can be delivered (even if delayed) within this period. The orders sent in normal mail do not have tracking number, so if the order takes some time it will never be possible to detect the shipping status. In these cases, if it is confirmed that the order is lost after 30 days, BOUTIQUE SOCCER is not legally obliged to make any refund or resend the products.
If the order is lost by registered mail, a claim must be made to the carrier and the customer will only be reimbursed for the amount paid/paid for the new shipment after the carrier responds.
BOUTIQUE SOCCER refuses any claim due to inadequate action by any shipping company.
