Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery times range from 7 to 25 business days from the date of dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, postal disruptions, international transit issues, or seasonal demand (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas).

Our Matchday Couture collection typically benefits from faster processing and delivery.

Customers acknowledge that delays outside of our control may occur, and The Boutique Soccer shall not be held liable for any delay or loss resulting from third-party carriers or customs authorities.

ORDER DELAYS & LOSS

All shipments are handled by third-party carriers. The Boutique Soccer is not liable for any delays or losses caused by postal or courier services.

In case of a delay:

Customers must wait 30 days from the shipment date before initiating a claim.
Orders sent via standard (untracked) mail cannot be traced, and any claims regarding non-delivery will not result in refunds or reshipments.
Orders sent via registered mail are covered under carrier liability; in the event of a confirmed loss, compensation is only issued after the carrier completes their investigation.

We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays,
Delivery errors,
or failure to receive parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS & PICKUP LOCATIONS

If the parcel is redirected to a pickup point and is not collected within the carrier’s specified timeframe, it may be returned to us.

In such cases:

The Boutique Soccer is not obliged to reattempt delivery or issue a refund unless the item is returned in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for retrieving their parcels once notified.

By purchasing from this website, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:

No legal liability shall be held against The Boutique Soccer for items later deemed non-authentic,
Any such claims must be directed to the manufacturer or supplier.

Matchday Couture Exception

The above clause does not apply to the Matchday Couture collection.
Products in this line are entirely conceived, designed, manufactured, and distributed by The Boutique Soccer, and are original creations exclusive to our brand.

Custom Printing Policy

When purchasing products with the Custom Printing option, where applicable, customers are required to provide the necessary customization details (such as name and/or number) either in the notes section at checkout or via email, as clearly stated on the respective product page.

Failure to provide such information may result in the item being dispatched without personalization. In such cases, The Boutique Soccer reserves the right to ship the item as is and shall not be held responsible for refunding the custom printing fee (€5.99).

Furthermore, orders sent without personalization due to missing customization details are not eligible for return, as the product was prepared and dispatched in accordance with the customer’s submitted order. By proceeding with the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
