To help you choose the correct size, please refer to the following recommendations based on height, weight, and shirt measurements:
- Size S is ideal for those who are approximately 165–170 cm tall, weigh between 47–62 kg, with a jersey length of 69 cm and a bust width of 50 cm.
- Size M fits best for heights around 170–175 cm, weights between 62–72 kg, with a jersey length of 73 cm and a bust of 52 cm.
- Size L is recommended for customers who are 175–180 cm tall, weighing 72–82 kg, with a jersey length of 76 cm and a bust of 54 cm.
- Size XL is suitable for people measuring 180–185 cm in height, weighing 82–92 kg, with a jersey length of 79 cm and a bust of 56 cm.
- Size XXL is best for those who are about 185–190 cm tall, weigh between 92–100 kg, with a jersey length of 82 cm and a bust of 58 cm.
📌 Please note: These are general guidelines. Depending on your body shape and how you prefer your jersey to fit (slim or loose), you may want to size up or down.
We usually recommend to choose a size above the one you usually use to maximize the comfort.

Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 25 business days from the date of dispatch. Our Matchday Couture collectionis generally delivered more quickly due to streamlined processing and logistics.
While these timeframes serve as a reference, customers should be aware that delivery times may occasionally extend beyond these estimates due to factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures, postal delays, or international transit disruptions.
In such cases, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as these delays are external to The Boutique Soccer. Please rest assured that we are always doing everything within our power to ensure your order reaches you as swiftly as possible.

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
RETURNS
BOUTIQUE SOCCER only accepts returns of new products, without any kind of damage or signs of use, within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the order.
To proceed with the return you must contact us via email. This email should contain the order number and reference of the product you want to return. Once the return is confirmed by our team, you should send the article to the address indicated, within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days.
The articles for exchange or return should be sent directly to us.
We do not accept returns of the following items: personalised items.
If we receive returns that do not meet the above conditions, the customer will not be entitled to any refund.
ORDER CANCELLATION
It is only possible to cancel an order if it is in pending status, which means that it has not yet been packaged and has not left our warehouses. Contact our customer support for the cancellation of the order.
EXCHANGES OF PRODUCTS
Exchanges of products are accepted. However, these requests are subject to previous stock confirmation. To exchange an item, please contact our customer service.
REFUND METHODS AND DEADLINES
BOUTIQUE SOCCER will do its best to reimburse the customer within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of arrival of the return.
In the case of cancelled orders (paid orders that have not yet been sent), the maximum deadline for reimbursement is 14 (fourteen) days.
The refund will be made as follows:

The shipping costs of the shipment and the order return will be supported by the customer.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS AND PICKUP POINT DELIVERIES
In cases where a delivery attempt is made and the recipient is unavailable, the parcel may be redirected to a local pickup point as per the carrier’s procedures.
If the customer chooses not to collect the parcel from the designated pickup location—despite having been notified by us of its availability—The Boutique Soccer shall not be held responsible for any failure to retrieve the order.
In such circumstances, we areunder no obligation to reattempt delivery or issue a refund, unless and until the parcel is returned to us in its original condition by the postal service.
Enter the correct address
Boutique Soccer cannot be held responsible at any time if customers do not receive their parcel because they have given the wrong address, without correctly indicating the street name, house number, plot and/or floor, postcode and country.
Unfortunately, many customers do not indicate their address correctly.
