Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
At The Boutique Soccer, we are committed to providing high-quality service and fair conditions for returns and exchanges. To protect both our customers and our business, the following terms apply:
Returns
We accept returns of new, unused, and undamaged products within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions and a proforma invoice via email. This document must be included inside the return package. Returns without the provided documentation may not be processed.
❗ Important: We do not accept returns of personalised items under any circumstances. This includes items with non-standard printing, such as custom names or numbers.
Returned products must:

Be in their original condition

Include all original packaging, tags, and documentation
If a returned item fails to meet these criteria, no refund or store credit will be issued, and the product may be returned to the customer at their expense.
All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Custom Printing Policy
When purchasing products with the Custom Printing option, where applicable, customers are required to provide the necessary customization details (such as name and/or number) either in the notes section at checkout or via email, as clearly stated on the respective product page.
Failure to provide such information may result in the item being dispatched without personalization. In such cases, The Boutique Soccer reserves the right to ship the item as is and shall not be held responsible for refunding the custom printing fee (€5.99).
Furthermore, orders sent without personalization due to missing customization details are not eligible for return, as the product was prepared and dispatched in accordance with the customer’s submitted order. By proceeding with the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled if they are still in pending status, meaning they have not yet been prepared, packaged, or dispatched from our warehouses.
To request cancellation, contact our support team promptly at support@theboutiquesoccer.com. Once an order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
The Boutique Soccer reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that do not comply with this condition.
Product Exchanges
We accept product exchanges, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, contact our customer service team with the item you wish to exchange and the desired replacement.
Exchanges will only be processed:

After we confirm the availability of the requested item

Once the original product is returned in acceptable condition, as per our return policy
Shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds are issued exclusively in the form of store credit, which can be used on future purchases on our website.
Timeframes:

For approved returns: Store credit will be issued within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.

For approved order cancellations (unshipped orders only): Store credit will be issued within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.
Store credit is equal to the full value of the product(s) returned, excluding shipping costs.
No cash or card refunds will be issued, regardless of the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
All shipping fees related to the original purchase and the return are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items confirmed by The Boutique Soccer.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 25 business days from the date of dispatch.
Items from the Matchday Couture collection may be delivered more quickly due to optimised handling and logistics.
These timeframes are provided as estimates only. Delays may occur due to:

International transit issues

Seasonal demand (e.g. Black Friday, holidays)
The Boutique Soccer shall not be held liable for any delays caused by factors beyond our control. Customers are asked to allow additional time before raising delivery concerns.
Unclaimed Deliveries: Refund or Reshipment
If a parcel is unclaimed after a delivery attempt and is returned to us, the customer will be contacted and offered two options:

Store Credit:
A full refund issued in the form of store credit, valid for future purchases. -
Reshipment:
Payment of a reshipment fee to send the order again. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If we receive no response within 7 days of contact, the refund will be automatically processed in the form of store credit.
⚠️ Note: Unclaimed orders may be subject to additional handling or restocking fees, depending on the condition in which the item is returned.
Final Disclaimer
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and accept these return, cancellation, and refund policies in full.
The Boutique Soccer reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds that do not meet the criteria outlined above, and to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
